Web Solutions offers to its clients, between days 1 of August of 2018 and 30 of September of 2018, the possibility of contracting to a Premium Plan or a Unlimited Plan by a promotional price of 12 Euros during the first year.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE

2.1 This promotion will only be of application for the new discharges, with annual regularity, of a Premium Plan or a Unlimited Plan.

They are outside the reach of the same the changes of modality and/or on watch, as well as the renovations of the services that the client had already contracted in Think Solutions.

2.2 When take refuging in this promotion contracting a Premium Plan or a Unlimited Plan, to the clients who had chosen annual regularity, will be applied a special price to them of 12 Euros during the first year.

2.3 When finalizing the period of a year of benefit of the advantages of this promotion, unless the client had come prior to the loss from the same, the Plan contracted by the client will be renewed automatically by a new annuity, according to the effective tariffs then, published in https://www.hosting-ehost.com/hosting.

In case, passed this year, the client decides not to renew the Plan Premium or contracted Unlimited, this service will be terminated and all the data associated to the same will be lost, being responsibility of the client safeguard it of that one information that wished to conserve.

2.4 the technical characteristics of the Premium Plan and the Unlimited Plan, object of the promotion, will be the effective ones at every moment, being published for their consultation in https://www.hosting-ehost.com/hosting.

2.5 the client will be able to manage the Premium Plan or Unlimited Plan contracted acceding the Control Panel from his Area of Client.

2.6 Quedan outside this promotion the additional extensions and services that the client could contract for the Plan Premium or contracted Unlimited, which will invoice according to the effective prices at every moment, published in https://www.hosting-ehost.com.

If the client decided to modify the regularity of payment chosen in the hiring or to realise a change on watch, she will lose the benefits derived from this promotion and will have to pay his corresponding tariff.

2.7 Piensa Solutions reserves the right to at any time modify the conditions and/or duration of this promotion, publishing it in its www.hosting-ehost.com webpage.

2.8 the amounts mentioned in http://www.hosting-ehost.com/ do not include the Tax on Valor A√Īadido (IVA), however, the client will have to pay the corresponding one to the contracted product.

2.9 the Premium Plan or contracted Unlimited Plan will be in force, in everything what it does not enter contradiction with the gathered thing in these promotional conditions, by the established thing in the Contract of hosting, published in https://www.hosting-ehost.com/legal.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 the client assumes any responsibility that is derived from the use that object of this promotion realises of the service, of the vindications of third parties and from the legal actions that could be triggered in all referring to intellectual or industrial property or the other rights and I interest.

The client is responsible with respect to the fulfillment for the laws and regulations in force, as well as for the rules that they have to do with the operation of the service online, electronic commerce and universal principles of use of Internet.

3.2 Piensa Solutions will not be responsible, direct or subsidiary, of any direct or indirect damage, that the client could cause to third parties in the use of the service by engaged him.

3.3 the participants in this promotion declare to be adults or, by default, to count on the previous authorization of their parents, legal tutors or representatives, who will be considered responsible for the taken hiring to position by the minors to their position.
